Trapped in a hotel and surrounded by a serial killer, Denise must find a way out, or die trying. She is a ATF-agent who has been assigned to find a dangerous gunrunner from the States. But as the stake-out continues, she realizes that absolutely nothing she´s seen in this big hotel, and no one in it, are what they seem. Meanwhile, the janitor is fighting against an incurable plague who has mutated every other man, woman, and child into bloodthirsty creatures. They are determined to destroy him, and he is forced to take on the toughest zombies who ever faced the nation. All hell is about to break loosein the atmospheric hotel when the two antagonists meets, facing the horror of flesh-eating zombies and psychotic serial-killers.
